Brad and Laurel Jenkins are Novo missionaries based in Spokane, WA, in the heart of the beautiful Pacific Northwest, one of the most unreached corners of the US. They have a passion for empowering others to love, obey, and make disciples.

Pioneering Initiatives is a collection of teams around the world committed to making disciples from among the harvest, developing emerging leaders, and planting new expressions of simple, multiplying churches. Pioneering Initiatives is one of the three tribes of ChurchNEXT, which is a division of Novo.

Brad and Laurel have been oversees missionaries for over 15 years, first as youth pastors to American military youth and then working with young leaders and churches in Slovenia to see the Great Commission lived out. In returning to the US, they desire to spend their lives to reach the unreached in the Pacific Northwest, planting a network of simple, multiplying churches, and equipping others to do the same.
